Adapt Life: Adapting Environments. Empowering People

We believe meaningful recovery doesn’t come from changing the person, it comes from adapting the environment and providing the tools and resources people need to thrive. At Adapt Life, we support individuals in returning to work and reclaiming their lives by creating supportive spaces and equipping them to get back to what matters most.

Functional Workplace Integration

At Adapt Life, we put the workplace back into workplace rehabilitation, focusing on creating environments that actively support and optimise a worker’s recovery and return to work.

Return to Work, Return to Life

At Adapt Life, we believe that returning to work is just one part of the journey. It’s about reclaiming life – getting back to the activities, relationships, and passions that matter most to each individual. Our person-centred approach focuses on what’s meaningful to each person, supporting a return not just to work, but to doing the things they love.

Clear. Concise. Clinically Relevant

At Adapt Life, we don’t believe in unnecessary, lengthy reports. Our assessments are succinct, informative, and professionally written – focusing on the referred injury and what truly matters for recovery and return to work.

Behind Adapt Life

Adapt Life is a boutique workplace rehabilitation provider (WorkCover WA accredited) built on the belief that personalised support makes all the difference. Founded and operated in Perth, Western Australia, Adapt Life offers a truly local perspective—grounded in community values and real-world experience.

At the heart of Adapt Life is Rozanne Biddle, an experienced occupational therapist who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and employer-based rehabilitation knowledge. With Rozanne, you’re never just a number — you’re supported by someone who is just one phone call away, ready to listen, understand, and act.

What makes Adapt Life different is its attention to detail and commitment to innovation. Whether it’s navigating complex systems or finding creative, practical solutions, Rozanne approaches every challenge with care, insight, and a deep commitment to helping individuals return to work and live independently.

Rozanne Biddle, Occupational Therapist & Founder of Adapt Life

Meet Rozanne - Occupational Therapist & Founder of Adapt Life

With over 25 years of experience in injury management, workplace rehabilitation, and injury prevention, Rozanne has held roles as a workplace rehabilitation consultant, employer-based injury management advisor, and rehabilitation claims consultant. Her expertise includes supporting injured workers through recovery and return to work, with experience across WA workers’ compensation, non-work-related rehabilitation programs, and the Vehicle and Personal Risk Insurance industries. She conducts assessments and provides case management to promote independence, wellbeing, and safer work practices.

Rozanne’s professional approach is shaped by personal experience. Born without her right hand and forearm, she has never let her limb difference define her. From a young age, she embraced leadership, sport, and community involvement – building resilience and empathy that guide her work today.

Outside of work, Rozanne enjoys an active lifestyle that includes Pilates, Park Runs, and cheering on her AFL team. She is also an adaptive athlete training for Hyrox, a global fitness competition that combines running with functional strength challenges. She balances the demands of family life with two teenagers, a supportive partner, and her two rescue dogs – bringing the same energy and determination to her practice as she does to her everyday life.

Through Adapt Life, Rozanne delivers tailored workplace rehabilitation services, promotes injury prevention, and helps veterans access essential household support, empowering individuals to adapt and thrive.

Assessment Services

Adapt Life offers a comprehensive suite of assessments and reports designed to support safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. These assessments can be delivered as standalone services or integrated into a broader workplace rehabilitation program. Each assessment is tailored to the worker’s individual needs, workplace environment, and recovery goals. Our services include:

  • Initial Rehabilitation Assessments – to evaluate a worker’s current capacity, barriers to return to work, and recommend support strategies.
  • Ergonomic Assessments – to identify and address risks in the workplace, ensuring optimal setup and injury prevention through workplace modifications and equipment recommendations.
  • Assessment of Job Demands – to assess the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial demands of a role and ensure a match with a worker’s capabilities.
  • Workplace Assessments – to evaluate the suitability of a worksite for return-to-work planning, including modifications and supports.
  • Vocational Assessments – to explore suitable employment options based on transferrable skills, work experience, and functional capacity.

At Adapt Life, we put the workplace back into workplace rehabilitation. We recognise that the work environment can either obstruct or assist a worker’s recovery and return to work. That’s why workplace context is a key component of every assessment we deliver – ensuring that return-to-work plans are not only clinically sound but also practical, achievable, and sustainable.
